Responsibilities

The Manager - Business Operations operates as an extension of the senior leadership team reporting to the General Manager and is responsible for leading a diverse team of aviation maintenance analysts in all aspects of services delivery. The Manager takes an active role championing the customer experience by assuming full accountability for the execution, management and reporting of key business performance measures. In addition, the Manager is expected to drive key business initiatives across their team, as well as the broader organization to promote business vision and cohesion. The Manager will work closely with subject matter experts and Product Management and Software Development teams to drive process and product improvements with the goal of expanding CAMP's core technical capabilities to new customers, driving stronger engagement with existing customers and industry partners, and ultimately improving the overall customer experience.

The candidate should have a strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation/airline programs. The candidate should be able to show past performance in continuous improvement, be able to create Executive level presentations, and actively coach and mentor junior personnel in the growth of their own careers.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 15 years' Experience in Relevant Field or Industry or Business, knowledge of aviation maintenance or manufacturing preferred
  • Education: BS, MS, MBA or Equivalent
