About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Operational Excellence and Agile COE, pour our growing team!

As a member of the broader Intact IT team, you will lead a team of coaches that are experts in methods to maximize the sustainable flow of most valuable work. Your team will support the transformation of the broader IT team and its internal and external partners towards a continuously improving organization that thinks and acts in terms of flow of value.

What you\'ll do here:

  • Develop a productive and engaged team of a dozen professionals.
  • Establish, development and extent the internal recognition of the team for its practical and applied capabilities in all methods that maximize the sustainable flow of most valuable work, for example, LEAN, Nexus, LeSS, Kanban, Scrum, SAFe or similar.
  • Coach some SVP and VP, and provide coaches to VP, Director and Manager leading about fifty teams totalling about 3000 team members.
  • Help leaders set a vision for their team that relates to the broader intact vision. Make sure the vision capture in qualitative and quantitative all people, process and technology aspirations of their team.
  • Help leaders build and operate the visual management systems and corresponding ceremonies that converge towards the vision.
  • Help leaders implement and operate continuous improvement methods based on converging iterative experimentation.
  • Help leaders coach their team members in joining into the vision, management system and continuous improvement plans.
  • Help leaders build and achieve transformation mandates.
  • Build and support a deep understanding of process improvement methods, management best practices and all related trends and research relevant to information technology, financial services and insurance industries.
What you bring to the table:
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or any other relevant combination or experience.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience in Software development lifecycle and IT industry.
  • Experience in change management and transformation.
  • Leadership.
  • Bilingualism (French / English) \xe2\x80\x93 Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
