You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent's GRC solutions, and support business development activities Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully; delays and project overruns are minimized; and project efficiencies and budgets are managed
  • Provide oversight and monitoring of services during the entire Product implementation lifecycle with a focus on:
    • Capturing high quality business requirements
    • Creating design & walk-through documents and solution workflow diagrams
    • Designing/Architecting product implementation
    • Enablement training for customers
    • Coordinating with product managers to enhance product solutions
    • Responsible for reviewing/assigning support tickets that require professional services
  • Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent's products to increase efficiency for delivery of our projects. Use your experience to drive successful adoption and reduce associated risks
  • Assist Sales, Client Partners and/or Solution Consultants in pre-sales activities such as solutions development; product demonstrations; RFP responses; implementation scope, effort & price estimates; and contracting (Statements of Work etc.)
  • Take the lead, in conjunction with Client Partners and Senior Customer Account Managers, to develop customer roadmaps, strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption, maturation and expansion of GRC use cases within your portfolio of customers
  • Collaborate with Client Partners in identifying barriers to adoption of Diligent's products and in developing strategies and approaches to remove these barriers and increase adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and leverage your deep domain and practical GRC skills, knowledge and experience to help your customers tactically realize their GRC Program Vision, Goals and Objectives
  • Identify and close opportunities to expand existing and new customers
  • Develop and execute on a suitable training plan that helps you grow as a professional and remain relevant to Diligent's customer base
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements and new features
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of Senior Specialists and Specialist team members on project management and customer enablement
Required Experience
  • Ability to lead or follow as the situation mandates
  • Domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Security and/or Risk Management (Enterprise, IT, Regulatory and/or Third Party) to help Diligent customers solve their business problems and achieve their desired positive business outcomes
  • 7 plus years' experience working in technology in the setting of Internal Audit, Operational Excellence and Business Assurance for a public accounting firm, professional services firm or within industry
  • Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical / regulatory environment
  • Experience in client management and business development within those clients
  • Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic company and growing team
  • Solid understanding of risk measurement and quantification techniques
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including great public speaking skills and workshop facilitation
  • Exceptional knowledge of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes
  • CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CMA, RICS APC, PMP or other relevant certification desired
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
