Make an impact with our Business Advisory and Consulting team as a Manager. This diverse team of professionals are inspired through innovation and take pride in developing strategies that make a positive impact for clients. As a trusted advisor, you will be collaborating with business owners, managers, and our internal teams, you will identify and execute projects that encompass strategic planning, performance improvement, organizational design, HR, and financial advisory. This multifaceted role requires you to engage clients, prepare proposals, manage projects, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic and business planning exercises to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and colleagues to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and create business development opportunities by cultivating client relationships and identifying areas for growth.
  • Utilize financial acumen to analyze and interpret financial statements, develop financial models, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Apply operational expertise to map processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and conduct inventory/cash management and margin improvement analyses.
  • Provide HR guidance, including organizational design, recruitment, performance management, and incentive and bonus planning.
  • Contribute to revenue and sales planning activities, such as pricing analysis, marketing planning, and customer/SKU analysis.
  • Offer capacity building and training to clients, including financial coaching and skill development.
  • Prepare professional reports, proposals, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Skills and Experience
  • Master\'s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, managing information systems, or related fields.
  • Two to four years of industry and/or professional services experience.
  • Strong data analysis and modeling skills are considered an asset.
  • Comfortable working with financial statements, financial projections, and Excel-based financial models.
  • Operational experience, including process mapping, SOP development, inventory/cash management, and margin improvement analysis.
  • HR experience, encompassing organizational design, recruitment, performance management, and incentive and bonus planning.
  • Familiarity with revenue and sales planning, including pricing analysis, marketing planning, and customer/SKU analysis.
  • Ability to provide capacity building, training, and financial coaching to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
