Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through effective kitchen management practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of restaurant management practices and kitchen operations.
Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
