- Drawing up and updating equipment maintenance plans
- Preparing, checking and estimating new work orders
- Allocation of work orders to electro-mechanics
- Building maintenance management
- Maintenance management via a management system to be kept up to date
- Management of materials and parts for preventive maintenance
- Management and supply of stock for all departments
- Supplier development and negotiation
- Order delivery tracking
- Implementation of internal order management procedures
- Working with production supervisors and electromechanics
- Other related tasksYour professional skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Comfortable with teamwork and working under pressureOur ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working closely with operational departments to maintain and optimize maintenance. This is a technically minded person who is able to intervene on the floor as required.Your profile- Minimum 3 years\' experience in a similar position
- Diploma: DES or DEC/DEP in electromechanical systems
- Experience in a food environment a real asset
- Knowledge of Maximo CMMS, a real asset
- Face-to-face position with possibility of telecommutingSalary65K to $75K depending on experienceBenefits- 5% bonus depending on results
- Vacation policy: 3 weeks paid vacation + 6 personal days, then progressive with experience
