Maintenance Planner/inventory Control

Job Description
Astrex Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Planner/Inventory Control to compliment our existing Maintenance team in Tecumseh, ON. This position will be responsible for planning, and tracking of parts and coordinating with departmental managers in regard to maintenance and production activities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize their workload, and be detail-oriented. Qualifications
Post secondary education in a technical field is an asset
- 5+ years of experience in an inventory-focused role in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A well-developed technical mindset and proactive approach to inventory control and planning
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
