Responsibilities
Manage, supervise and schedule maintenance technicians and mechanics
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy equipment
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Develop maintenance budgets and control costs
Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve performance and skills
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or parts, with supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy machinery
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
Adaptable to changes within a short period of time

Pay: $55,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
