Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU)

. We specialize in hands-on, practical training for

Heavy Equipment Operators and AZ/DZ Truck Drivers

, preparing students to succeed as skilled professionals in the industry.

We are expanding our training team and are currently hiring

multiple Heavy Equipment Instructors

to join our team!

If you have years of experience operating heavy equipment and want to share your skills with the next generation of operators, we want to talk to you.

Instructor experience is not required -- we will train you!

Equipment Experience Wanted

We are seeking instructors experienced 15+ years of operating experience with the following equipment:

Motor Grader Tractor Loader Backhoe Excavator Bulldozer Tandem Truck Snowplow

What You'll Do

Instruct and supervise students in all phases of hands-on and practical training. Demonstrate and explain the safe and proper operation of heavy equipment. Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and complete required documentation. Plan, organize, and coordinate training activities efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety and program standards.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of diverse experience

operating multiple types of heavy equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Applicable certifications (HEO, trade, or safety). Instructional or supervisory experience is an asset, but not required. A positive attitude and passion for teaching others.
