Coast Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the operational excellence of our property. From preventative maintenance to capital projects, your leadership will ensure our spaces are safe, efficient, and welcoming for both guests and ambassadors.
What You'll Lead & Drive:
Strategic Planning: Build and execute departmental plans and budgets aligned with company goals.
Collaborative Solutions: Partner with other departments to identify needs and implement practical, cross-functional solutions.
Proactive Maintenance: Stay ahead of repairs with preventative programs that keep operations smooth.
Resource Efficiency: Maximize resources and maintain budgets through sustainable, cost-effective practices.
Health & Safety Compliance: Lead with safety first, ensuring compliance with WCB, OH&S, and other regulations.
Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence.
