Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager

with a strong mechanical background and proven leadership ability to oversee our maintenance department and ensure reliable, efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team of mechanics and technicians. Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance. Control maintenance work orders completion according to the plan, implement procedures to foster schedule adherence and effectiveness of the team. Manage and optimize the

e-maintenance program

(CMMS) for work orders, scheduling, and reporting. Implement and monitor

preventive and autonomous maintenance programs

to ensure long-term equipment reliability. Drive

LEAN practices, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives

within the maintenance department. Analyze and control team performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Collaborate with production leadership to align maintenance priorities with plant goals. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent technical background. 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial/production environment (chemical production field would be an asset). Previous experience in a

leadership or supervisory role

. Strong knowledge of

LEAN principles, preventive and autonomous maintenance methods, SOPs

. Proficiency in using CMMS or e-maintenance systems. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
