Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment in our facilities. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of all areas within the facility, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Maintain cleanliness by disposing of waste, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external service providers as required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors. Assist in setting up for events or meetings by arranging furniture and equipment as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep of the building's infrastructure. Experience in commercial cleaning techniques and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently. Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sectors is required
