THE POSITION
The M&A/Corporate Development Intern will report directly to the M&A Strategy Manager. The Intern will represent the front-end of the AssetWorks\xe2\x80\x99 acquisition process by identifying and contacting business owners to develop leads and maintain the database.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and conducting email/call campaigns in a funnel

Break into accounts and set up meetings for Senior BDR

When able, identifying and analyzing to determine appropriate targets to poach

Become familiar with M&A processes and procedures

Maintaining and developing our Salesforce database\xe2\x80\x8b
