Job Description

We are looking to add an Operator to our team who is also willing to provide laborer skills as needed. Snow removal services is a must! AR license is preferred.

We are a family owned company currently in it's second generation. We are an honest and reliable team offering a variety of skill sets. Below is a list of the main services we provide.

Concrete Waterproofing Retaining walls Excavation Basement Walk-outs Bobcat services Snow removal

Responsibilities

:

General laborer/Machine operator

Mechanical knowledge and experience working with machinery and tools as needed Experience with snow removal and salting AR license preferred
Concrete

Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure a quality final product Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials, such as rebar Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
Overall Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Respect and maintenance of all equipment and job sites

Experience:



Previous experience working with machines is required: Excavator, Dozer, Loader, skid steer, etc. AR license preferred. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
