We are seeking dependable and experienced

machine operators

to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season in the Halton Region. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to take on winter's challenges, we want to hear from you.

You'll be working alongside a dependable crew of winter warriors to help keep our clients' sites safe, clear, and fully operational--no matter what Mother Nature throws our way. From flurries to full-blown blizzards, we tackle it all with grit and teamwork. If you're ready to suit up, shovel out, and make a real impact this winter, we've got a spot for you.

Full-time positions available Competitive pay Stand-by wage available for on-call readiness Previous snow removal experience is an asset Flexible hours required - including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be dependable and punctual in responding to call-outs

Responsibilities:



Clear snow from walkways, driveways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly Respond quickly to dispatch calls during snow events, including overnight and weekend shifts

Requirements:



Ability to work in cold, snowy conditions for extended periods Reliable transportation to assigned routes Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Previous experience operating snow removal equipment is a strong asset
