Valid BC Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License Experience:

• 1-2 years of work experience in logistics industry with progressive supervisory capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, and familiar with electronic scheduler and purchasing software
• Exceptional customer service skills

Duties:

• Supervise, oversee and coordinate outsourced logistics clerks\xe2\x80\x99 daily work duties such as shipping and receiving
• Delegate daily works and create shift schedules for shippers and receivers to ensure on-time delivery of orders and the smooth operation of the logistics system
• Resolve issues in between clerks and customers
• Effectively address customer inquiries and concerns in regard to orders and deliveries to achieve high standard of customer satisfaction
• Handle misdirected deliveries and seal discrepancies in timely manner
• Prepare shipping reports to management
• Assist management in recruitment and selection process
• Provide trainings and performance appraisals to newly hired employees or contractors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $28.85 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
