- 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday, flexible start time
- Salary is around 55-65k, depending on experience

- Working alongside the sales and operations team, handling their pricing and quotes for all freight needs
- Providing customers with cost effective solutions
- Negotiate of the rates with carriers, freight forwarders, etc
- Develop strong relationships, sourcing new relationships and maintain relationships with suppliers/carriers
- Provide on-time service, timely responses to quotes inquiries from clientsQualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the transportation industry, 3PL or Freight Forwarding
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), French an asset.
• Knowledge of North American Carrier Network and cross-border shipping requirements an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with CargoWise is considered an asset.
• Strong organization skills, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and analytical skills.
