We work with our partners to empower the next generation radiotherapeutics for the detection and treatment of cancer and human diseases. About the Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will manage the Logistics Coordination and contact with freight forwards and clients to ensure that timely delivery of product that meets the client\'s requests. You will also support production operations by handling, packaging, and preparing documentation for radiopharmaceutical products. What You Will Do
- Package radiopharmaceuticals and hazardous materials in compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Processing products by wrapping and placing in proper delivery containers, preparing shipping paperwork and labels
- Maintain documentation to fulfill all customer, facility, Provincial, Federal and applicable International regulatory requirements relating to nuclear safety and cGMP manufacturing
- Generate and complete regulatory paperwork for deliveries of outgoing products - IATA knowledge of Class 7 transportation is an asset
- Complete radiation wipes and survey wipes on all shipping packages and all incoming packages
- Work alongside the Manager, Logistics to develop action plans for any troubleshooting problems and solve critical issues related to the facility
- Assist in inventory control
- Maintain cleanliness of shipping area
- Adhere to radiation safety, GMP and TDG (training provided)
Experience Necessary
2-5 years of relevant experience- International freight forwarding experience is a definite asset
- Previous packaging of radiopharmaceuticals and preparing transportation documentation would be an asset
- Ability to work shifts that have staggered start times based on business needs
- Knowledge of IATA rules surrounding Class 7 Radioactive shipments
- Knowledge of GMP procedures
- Ability to lift 23 kilograms
