Summary: The Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of parcels through the company transportation process. The Coordinator will work with various departments, including shipping and receiving, customer service, warehouse, branches etc., to ensure timely delivery of parcels, efficient use of resources and good services to clients. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parcels and ensure that products are shipped and received on schedule and resolve any issues related to quality that arise
  • Communicate regularly with different apartments to coordinate shipping activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the each parcel delivery performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in mapping out the operational procedures for some company functions, such as re-send order and transhipment functions etc.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor and optimize logistics operational process
  • Prepare and process documents for domestic and international shipments
  • Report weekly and monthly KPI delivery to key clients and the department
  • Log IT tickets to improve the user experience with our system tool
  • Coordinate with obtaining ISO certifications
  • Maintain and update Quality Manual periodically
  • Prepare and maintain various reports on the progress of work, materials used, rates of production using computerized systems
  • Provide support and coordination to Head office initiated improvement projects
  • Back up for other team members when necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in logistics or business administration or a related field
  • Diploma or bachelor in data analysis is preferred
  • Related work experience in logistics operation coordination
  • Excellent Date Analysis skills
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Data modelling with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel will be a plus
  • Basic geography knowledge is required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
  • Good team player
  • Background of E-commerce is highly recommended

Compensation:
  • Annual salary: $56,160 \xe2\x80\x93$63,000
Terms of employment:
  • Full-time; permanent
Working hours:
  • 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
