Job Summary The Logistics Manager will manage & develop day-to-day operations in Titanium\'s Head Office. They will oversee the logistics team, and ensure that margins can be maximized by reducing carrier challenges. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for finding the carriers to move our clients\' freight. They will build and develop carrier relationships and negotiate competitive carrier rates while maintaining company revenue and margin goals. This role will ensure that the movement of freight will exceed our client\'s expectations. The manager will be the last line of defense for all roles below them for escalation, troubleshooting and coverage. They will focus on monitoring employees\' work and stepping in when needed to prevent and resolve issues. To be successful in this role they must actively seek opportunities to improve the operations of employees working under them.
