WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Outbound Order Processing
Process and manage outbound orders in NetSuite, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
Prepare shipping documents, schedule carriers, and handle tracking inquiries.
Act as the key contact with 3PL warehouses and shipping carriers.
Support warehouse operations by assisting with picking, packing, and labeling.
Manage and analyze trending reports.
Review and resolve shipping discrepancies and other order related issues
Customer Care
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email providing timely, helpful support.
Process warranty claims and maintain logs.
Update FAQs, templates, and product guides based on common questions and trends.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews to support brand reputation.
Inventory & QA
Monitor inventory levels and process warehouse transfers.
Help resolve discrepancies and prepare inventory reports on overages, shortages, and turnover.
Identify product quality issues and report to management. Collaborating on corrective actions.
Inbound & Returns
Coordinate inbound containers with freight forwarders and carriers.
Manage customs documents and shipping records.
Process RMAs, returns, credits, and analyze return data for trends.
WHAT YOU NEED
3+ years of experience in logistics, order processing, customer service, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Experience working with order management systems (NetSuite or similar is an asset)
Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers and partners
Comfort working with 3PL warehouses and coordinating shipments
