We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Logistics Department. This role plays a critical part in our daily shipping operations and directly contributes to achieving our goal of a 100% delivery rating.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal scheduling, and shipping departments, building and maintaining positive working relationships. (Primary Customers Ford, Toyota, plus others) Daily interfacing with our EDI System (PLEX) Required to complete; BOL's, ASN's, Customer scorecards (Delivery Ratings) Assure consistent, timely and accurate entry of customer's orders and release changes through to shipment of finished goods Liaise with customers regarding discrepancies in orders/releases, communicate scheduled deliveries, prepare and dispute customer point deductions following customer's required format Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipping schedules, and service issues. Maintain Demand Planning forecasts for Purchasing and Scheduling through both EDI release management and manual entry Manage customer packaging requirements Ensure timely completion of NAFTA/USMCA requests Manage FORD Sequencing requirements/orders Complying with corporate policies and procedures, Health and Safety rules, IATF requirements

Minimum Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment. Experience in logistics, customer service, or related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
