Stoked Oats is looking for an experienced and energetic Logistics and Fulfilment Coordinator to join us for a full-time position. This role is responsible for overseeing the logistics associated with fulfilling everything from daily e-commerce orders to larger shipments to grocery retailers. The preferred candidate will be familiar with booking freight carriers, creating BOLs, tracking freight, and managing inventory levels at various warehouse locations. They should also have significant e-commerce fulfilment experience with the Shopify platform, as well as FBA ready Amazon shipments for Canada and USA. Customer service is an important aspect of the role so the candidate must be able to communicate clearly and effectively via email, and by telephone. The role also requires daily coordination with the sales and accounting departments in order to manage and reconcile orders and inventory in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is punctual, has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a team environment, loves oatmeal and granola, maintains a tidy workspace, and has a valid class 5 drivers license. Additional consideration will be given to candidates who are proficient in Google Sheets, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Wage commensurate with experience.
