Job Description

We are looking for a competent Logistics Account Manager to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. A great asset for a Logistics Account Manager is their communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers to coordinate and monitor the efficient delivery of goods Develop new opportunities for business growth Provide timely updates to customers and suppliers to keep the supply chain running smoothly Ensure proper documents are received and categorized in a timely manner Communicate with stakeholders to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Qualifications

Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills Proven experience in account management and B2B sales Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management Familiarity with 3PL operations and inside sales techniques Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer and tech savvy with a working knowledge of G-Suite products Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a keen eye for solving problems Bilingual is considered an asset
