Agit comme intermediaire entre les ventes, les operations et le client pour les comptes assignes afin de s'assurer que les processus et exigences procedurales du client sont mis en oeuvre et que les expeditions sont traitees conformement aux procedures etablies, a la conformite operationnelle ISO et aux demandes specifiques des clients. Il modelise et agit conformement a nos principes directeurs et a nos valeurs fondamentales.
Fonctions et responsabilites principales
Maintenez un niveau constant de service a la clientele eleve, tant aupres des clients externes qu'internes.
Developper un haut niveau de comprehension de la structure de l'organisation, des relations interdepartementales, de la conformite reglementaire ainsi que des politiques et procedures de l'entreprise.
Coordonnez avec les ventes et les operations pour mettre en oeuvre et maintenir les procedures operationnelles standard des clients.
Assurer un contact quotidien avec les clients sur les questions operationnelles.
Coordonnez les efforts de service a la clientele de tous les bureaux et departements impliques avec les comptes assignes.
Assurez-vous que les services respectent ou depassent les exigences des clients et sont conformes aux procedures ISO.
Assurez-vous que tous les rapports sont exacts et distribues a temps.
Resoudre les problemes et recommander des solutions pour eviter que cela se reproduise.
Accomplissez les autres taches assignees.
Qualifications
Education et experience
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou GED requis.
Diplome d'associe prefere.
Au moins deux a trois ans d'experience liee.
Un minimum d'un a trois ans d'experience en industrie est prefere.

Job Summary
Acts as a liaison between sales, operations and the customer for assigned accounts to ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented and that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, ISO operational compliance and specific customer requests. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
Develop a high level of understanding of the organization's structure, inter-department relationships, regulatory compliance and the company's policies and procedures.
Coordinate with sales and operations to implement and maintain client standard operating procedures.
Provide day-to-day contact with clients on operational issues.
Coordinate customer service efforts from all offices and departments involved with assigned accounts.
Ensure services are meeting or exceeding customer requirements and are in compliance with ISO procedures.
Ensure that all reports are accurate and distributed on time.
Resolve problems and recommend solutions to prevent similar occurrences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School Degree or GED required.
Associate's Degree preferred.
Minimum two to three years related experience.
Minimum one to three years industry experience preferred.
