Location Manager - Accent LED Lighting



Accent LED Lighting is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Location Manager to oversee all aspects of our Vernon location operations. This pivotal role combines leadership, sales expertise, and hands-on technical skills to ensure the success and smooth functioning of the location.

Key Responsibilities:



Day-to-Day Operations Management:

Oversee the daily activities of the location, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining a tidy and organized environment, and managing operational resources.

Sales Generation & Customer Relations:

Drive sales of Accent LED Lighting products and solutions, actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and closing sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Installation & Technical Support:

Perform professional installations of LED lighting systems at customer sites, ensuring high quality, safety, and adherence to specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products as needed.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Manage local inventory, including ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking stock to ensure product availability and minimize waste.

Team Leadership & Development (if applicable):

Recruit, train, and manage any local staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. (Adjust or remove if this role is initially solo).

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate records of sales, installations, inventory, and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on location performance for management.

Local Marketing & Outreach:

Participate in local marketing efforts and community outreach to promote Accent LED Lighting and drive foot traffic/leads to the location.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven Sales Acumen:

Demonstrated success in sales, with a strong ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to clearly articulate product benefits, effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, and build rapport.

Technical Aptitude & Hands-On Experience:

Practical experience with electrical systems, lighting installations, or a strong willingness and ability to learn technical aspects quickly.

Organizational & Time Management Skills:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-Centric Approach:

A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Capable of diagnosing issues and finding effective solutions for both operational challenges and customer technical needs.

Leadership Potential:

Ability to take initiative, work independently, and potentially lead a small team.

Valid Driver's License:

(If travel to customer sites for installs is required).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
