Key Responsibilities:
Oversee
day-to-day operations
, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Manage
inventory and ordering
, keeping supplies organized and well-stocked
Lead
client retention efforts
, including follow-ups, rebooking, and service recovery
Support the
front desk team
with booking, check-in/out processes, and client communication
Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care
Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and client experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a
salon, spa, or retail management
role preferred

Excellent

Comfortable with
POS systems, booking software

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
