Live-in Property Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an ultra-luxury private estate located in Toronto's prestigious Bridle Path neighborhood. This is a live-in role offering a unique opportunity to work in a refined and dynamic household, ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and presentation of the property at all times.

Day to Day

Oversee the daily management and maintenance of the residence and surrounding grounds. Coordinate and supervise vendors, trades, and service providers (landscaping, snow removal, pool, HVAC, etc.). Perform light maintenance and repairs (filters, light bulbs, and small fixes). Ensure the property is seasonally prepared and well-maintained throughout the year. Maintain and care for indoor and outdoor plants, flowers, and garden areas -- watering, pruning, and monitoring health. Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues before they arise. Manage household supplies, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Drive principals when required in a professional and discreet manner. Ensure the home and grounds are always immaculately presented, secure, and guest-ready.

Must Haves

Minimum 5+ years of experience managing private estates, luxury residences, or boutique hospitality properties. Strong hands-on maintenance skills and familiarity with home systems. Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary - Up to $120,000 Annually Health and dental benefits after 3-month probation. Two weeks' paid vacation.
