Live-In Resident Manager - Henday Suites, Edmonton



About the Role:



Equiton is looking for either a 2-person duo (live-in) Resident Managers, or one-person who has both customer facing and maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain daily cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant suites for new residents Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests and concerns Show available suites to prospective tenants and support leasing efforts Book and coordinate contractors for maintenance and repairs Conduct regular inspections of the property, including building systems and grounds Assist with minor repairs (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC checks) Ensure life safety systems and fire regulations are adhered to Provide exceptional customer service and help foster a positive community environment Remain available for evening and weekend on-call duties

What You Bring:



A strong work ethic, reliability, and a "do-it-yourself" mindset

Excellent customer service

and communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle minor maintenance and repair tasks Strong cleaning standards and pride in creating a well-kept environment Comfort with technology (email, text, MS Office; Yardi experience is a plus) Valid driver's license Flexibility to handle emergency calls as needed

Qualifications:



Previous experience in property management, building operations, or similar roles (2-5 years preferred) High school diploma or GED Proficiency in English (a second language is a plus) Able to lift up to 15kg and perform physical tasks (stairs, bending, etc.) Criminal background check required
