Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to clients in their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others, especially seniors and individuals with disabilities, to maintain independence and quality of life. The caregiver will deliver personalized care tailored to each client's needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being in a respectful and caring environment.

Duties

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Administer medications accurately according to care plans Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living space Support clients with mobility exercises and light physical activity Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals Assist with specialized care for clients with dementia, hospice needs, or other medical conditions Help with heavy lifting or transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety for both caregiver and client

Requirements

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home care, senior care, hospice care, or working with people with disabilities is highly preferred Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and dementia care is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when necessary Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages and conditions Excellent communication skills and patience when working with vulnerable populations Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual client needs Valid background check and reliable transportation are required for in-home visits Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.05-$20.00 per hour
