Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to 2 seniors in their home. This role is vital in ensuring they receive the care they need in a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in senior caregiving and must be legally able to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with daily living and personal care Administer medication as per doctor's/family's instructions Monitor health conditions Assist with mobility as required Perform housekeeping tasks and cleaning duties Do laundry and bed changing Assist with meal preparation and feeding Maintain supply of household items Ensure safety of the clients in the home
Qualifications
Must be legally able to work in Canada Must be willing to live in Must be fluent in English Previous experience in senior care is required Knowledge of caregiving practices including medication administration Compassionate and patient Reliable and willing to work Commitment to health and safety First Aid/CPR training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
