Job Description

The Linen and Inventory Coordinator

is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all linen and related inventory items within our rental operations. This includes receiving, inspecting, cleaning, organizing, tracking, and preparing linens/decor for client orders, as well as maintaining inventory records to ensure product availability and minimize loss!

Key Responsibilities:



Linen Management



Receive, sort, and inspect incoming linens for damage, stains, and wear Operate commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, press) Perform spot treatment and minor repairs as needed to maintain linen quality Fold, press, and organize clean linen according to company standards and prepare for storage or outgoing orders Maintain a clean and organized linen room, ensuring proper storage and easy access to all item

Inventory Control



Accurately count, track, and record all linen and related inventory (e.g., chair covers, sashes, napkins, table skirts) Utilize inventory management software/systems to process incoming and outgoing inventory, update stock levels, and generate reports Identify and report damaged, lost, or unaccounted-for items

Order Fulfillment



Pick and pack linen orders accurately and efficiently according to contracts

Other Duties



Assist with other warehouse or operational tasks as needed

Qualifications



Experience in a laundry, inventory, warehouse, or similar environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move heavy bags of linen (up to [e.g., 50 lbs]) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Knowledge of different linen types and care instructions is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
