Job Summary The right candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our company\'s growth and operations. This position involves a blend of marketing and sales initiatives, administrative duties, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.
Manage social media accounts and help to create engaging content.
Help design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing for trades shows
Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and contracts.
Maintain customer relationships and manage customer databases.
Administrative Duties:
Assist in Answering and directing phone calls.
Help manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Assist in bookkeeping and invoicing as needed.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist in project coordination and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
