Job Summary The right candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our company\'s growth and operations. This position involves a blend of marketing and sales initiatives, administrative duties, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Advertising:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.
  • Manage social media accounts and help to create engaging content.
  • Help design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in preparing for trades shows
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage customer databases.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Help manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and invoicing as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
