Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM xc3xa2xc2x80xc2x93 6:00 PM (with occasional flexibility)

The role is fully in-office, with the possibility of starting early or staying late depending on project needs.Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Administration: Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answering phone calls, emails, and managing inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and client-ready office space, including managing supplies, keeping the office environment tidy, assisting production with in-house meetings, and ensuring a welcoming space.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide daily administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, ensuring deadlines are met, and assisting with client communication and event management.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office and kitchen supplies, track inventory, negotiate with vendors for the best prices, and ensure all needs are met for smooth office operations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all team members across the company. Be proactive in helping others as needed and contribute to team efforts to create a positive work atmosphere.
Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have Skills:
  • Industry experience: Experience in the creative industry in film or media production
  • Pro-activity and Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Conscientious and Reliable: Attention to detail and a solid work ethic with the ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Desire to Learn: A strong interest in the media production and advertising industry, with a genuine desire to grow and learn.
