We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistency in food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Help cook meals during busy service times as needed. Support other kitchen staff with various tasks as required, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced cooks and chefs.

Pay: $17.20-$23.08 per hour
