Job Description

We are a small family-run business and currently looking to hire Full-time & Part-time Prep Cooks/Line Cooks for our Takeout spot. This is not a dine in establishment. The individual(s) may also be required to work alongside the team on our Food Truck during Summer season if needed. Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the kitchen and good knife skills. This position requires someone with attention to details and able to follow through with instructions. The position reports to the Chef and/or designate in charge. - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all food service regulations and guidelines Skills:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
