We're on the hunt for a passionate Line Cook to join our team. If you love BBQ, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of something local and authentic--this is your shot.

What You'll Do

Line Cooks:

Prep and cook menu items with consistency and care Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked Follow proper food safety and handling protocols Support the team during high-volume rushes Take pride in the details--every plate, every time Engage in a positive, energetic kitchen culture
What We're Looking For

2+ year of kitchen experience (BBQ or scratch cooking is a bonus!) A strong work ethic and a love for culinary craftsmanship Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure Team-first attitude and great communication skills Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain)
