We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
Collaborate with restaurant team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in the food service industry is mandatory.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in meal preparation.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
