Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks effectively Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness of ingredients Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction when interacting with guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering quality culinary experiences

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
