Warmly greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Accurately take customer orders and ensure special requests are followed
Prepare and assemble shawarma, wraps, platters, and other menu items to quality standards
Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety guidelines
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift
Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Deliver consistent food quality and presentation during busy hours
Qualifications
:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow instructions and prepare food items consistently
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize during busy periods
Comfortable with basic kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, etc.)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
