Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and other kitchen workers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menu items
- Manage food costs and work within budgetary guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-Ability to make pizza, specifically wood oven pizza would be an asset.
