Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at Scores in Saint-Laurent. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality meals that align with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Participate in menu planning and development as needed. Support other kitchen staff as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
