Prepare menu items following corporate recipes and in a first-class manner to our guests
Be passionate about your craft
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout kitchen
Dishes and garbage duties
Rotate inventory to minimize food waste/spoilage
Ensure good lines of communication amongst department staff as well as management
Perform other duties directed by superiors as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation
Follow company policies and procedures strictly
Qualifications
Must hold valid SIN and be legally able to work in Canada
Friendly disposition and teamwork oriented
Able to work under pressure and strict timelines
Previous knowledge and experience with commercial cooking
Foodsafe Level 1 certificate
Working Conditions
Will be required to work a variety of shifts as needed (days, evenings, weekends and holidays)
Will be required to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
Will need to lift and move items weighing 25lbs regularly
Will be required to work in a busy environment; constantly moving during busy periods
