Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
Assist with meal prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Uphold excellent food handling standards while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, including knife skills, cooking methods, and food presentation.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
