We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
