Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, maintaining our restaurant's standards for food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards Cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely delivery Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Support other kitchen staff during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations Adhere to health regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting is a plus Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
