Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food - Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills - Assist with food inventory and control - Follow proper food handling procedures and comply with food safety regulations - Help with meal prep during busy times Skills: - Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment - Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Knowledge of food safety principles - Ability to work well in a team setting - Familiarity with restaurant operations and standards - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Passion for the food industry and willingness to learn and grow
