We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean kitchen.
Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Assist in the preparation of daily specials and seasonal menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Good command of English

Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour
