We are offering a position at a highly reputable restaurant with a competitive wage line cook/prep. We are looking for someone who is able to run the main line, multitask, and has strong communication skills. Must also adhere to our pre existing recipes since we strive for consistency within our service. You will be required to work on main line, making prep list, doing prep etc.. The kitchen at the Fat Olive is open concept, so you must be comfortable working within that environment.
Some of the benefits to this position are a tip out plan, guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off. On weekends, the kitchen closes at 9pm, so kitchen is usually able to leave shortly after.
We are located in Dorchester, so reliable transport is a must.
Must have valid Food handlers certificate.
1 year kitchen experience. or in culinary course.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 38 per week
