We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Handle food safely, adhering to all food handling and safety regulations
Assist in plating dishes for service, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Support the team during busy hours by assisting with serving guests when needed
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on serving guests promptly and courteously
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality, safety, and hygiene

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
